If you are not local to us we can still can dispatch your order to anywhere in the UK within 3-5 working days.
When placing your order, a delivery charge is calculated based on the size of order and location.
This is usually calculated on a pallet basis.
Our pallet service offers delivery to the kerbside only. All standard tile orders require delivery via our pallet service. You will have the option to pick a delivery date when you reach the checkout.
Once a date has been agreed, you must ensure someone is available to accept/sign for the delivery and provide a contact number. If for any reason we cannot deliver such as due to lack of access or no-one to recieve delivery at the address then a re-delivery charge may be applied.
This service is a KERBSIDE service only, couriers will not move pallets inside a property. Hazards or obstructions e.g. steps, lifts, uneven or gravel paths/driveways may necessitate the delivery being made to an alternative location nearest to the delivery vehicle.
It is the customers responsibility to arrange the return of tiles/materials including any transport costs to get the material back to us. This must be returned in no less than 14 Days from purchase and must be returned fully boxed in a saleable condition. Any damages on return will be deducted from the amount refunded.

All our outgoing deliveries are meticulously packed and checked to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. However, tiles are fragile and occasionally some can be damaged in transit. Should this occur please let us know as soon as possible within 48 hours of delivery and we will get replacements to you ASAP minimising any potential delay to your project. Simply either email us at email@example.com, photos will need to be provided before replacements are dispatched.
Any quotation supplied by Ceramic Tile Merchants Ltd will not be binding until the order has been confirmed and accepted. Any quotation is valid for a period of 30 days only from its date issued. Ceramic Tile Merchants Ltd may reject to honour a quote which is only for part of the goods such as a smaller quantity of materials, in this case a revised quotation would be provided. This includes any order that has been sold at a total price.
