CTM shortlisted for two awards

Ceramic Tile Merchants has been shortlisted in two categories in the upcoming Tile Association awards.

Having won the award for Excellence in Independent Retailing last year, they have once again been nominated in this prestigious division, which shows the quality and variety they have on offer.

The second nominee is staff member Mick O’Hare who is in the running for Employee of the Year.

He has worked over and above expectations to keep on top of the demands of a busy showroom, ordering stock from suppliers and co-ordinating customer deliveries.

In addition, he has acquired a wealth of knowledge which he now uses to inform sales and purchasing and advise customers when they need technical assistance.
